From the moment I stepped into the store, the ladies were friendly and will to cut and style my hair. It was refreshing to be able to show the hairdresser Emma how I wanted my hair cut. She was kind and professional. Often I have been faced with the hairdressers trying to talk me out of cutting my hair but Emer was happy to oblige. I went from below shoulder length to short style. Loved her work!! She showed me how to style it, and small chat but not enough to distract her from the task at hand, as often hairdresser do. She was attentive and skillfully used the scissors and razor. I was impressed. I am happy with my cut and happy with the experience and price. Thankyou to Emer and also the lovely other hairdressers in the shop. You were all most welcoming. 😊

From the minute I walked in until I left .y experience was 10 out 10. Excellent!! They have a very easy check in process on an the iPad that gives us a very accurate waiting time and price. I only had to wait 15 mins without an appointment. I had a was, style cut and blow dry with Rochelle ( I believe that was her name or very similar) and she did an extraordinary job with my very thin and flat hair. My haircut, a long bob, is full of volume and layers. I am def coming back to her. I was also sold a hair volume powder which I haven't used yet as my hair is still clean and looking good but seems like it will do a good job for my type of hair. I def recommend!
